With a personalized to-do list it is easy to get lost if there are too many tasks at once. One way to avoid such an event is to make more separate trackers in Lightask™ that will hold all of your tasks. However, more trackers doesn’t always make it easier.
When using Lightask™, it is always a great idea to plan beforehand each time you try to make a new project. Down below, we have described two of the most common mistakes made while using online any to-do list.
Our team believes that quality tops quality, so our project management tool doesn’t try to do everything at once. This allowed us to develop it without bugs or any security issues.
One of the most common mistakes in every to-do list is that descriptions aren’t really on point. What we mean by this is a huge difference between writing:
Based on the above examples, you might think that there is not really much difference between the first and the second version as both inform you about the same event. However, when making a task in Lightask™, the limit on letters visible on the list would make it so that the second example wouldn’t really be that informative, unless clicked on to see details. In short, the best descriptions should be short and get to the point instantly.
While Lightask™ offers a very clear system in setting various statuses to your tasks, you could easily entrap yourself with them. One such mistake is overusing the “Info” status, as it can easily clutter your to-do list.
Another common mistake could happen if you do not update the statuses. If something is already done, then don’t keep it as an open task, be sure to close it.
